UNFCCC公開徵求氣候技術中心主持
根據南非德班舉辦之COP17會中協議，聯合國氣候變化綱要公約組織（UNFCCC）秘書處研擬公開徵求氣候技術中心的主持，任何有興趣之團體（財團法人亦可）在2012年3月16日中午12時(以歐洲中部時間為準)之前，可向UNFCCC秘書處提出企劃書。
